vetrano’s story

When we opened Vetrano, our goal was to have customers compare us to Italian restaurants in Italy, not Lancashire. We decided to bring back good Italian cooking to the people of Padiham and Burnley. We believed it was time the people of Padiham, and its visitors, were reintroduced to fine Italian food – food that had previously been taken for granted for a long time.

Good Italian cuisine uses only the freshest ingredients. That’s why we prepare our sauces and breads daily. We use only the best tomatoes for our sauces and pizzas. And talking of our pizzas, we prepare them to the highest standards, using only double ‘0’ grade flour, extra virgin olive oil and mozzarella di bufala – add our passion and skill and this is probably why they win awards.

In short, we’re passionate about what we do. We love what we do and we want others to share our enthusiasm. We want you to come and have a great eating out experience. It really is as simple as that.
